With Support Mangtaa you can track the status of each request (new, discussed, replied, and deleted), forward a request for consultation to a specialist, and view the history of correspondence with your clients at any time.

If you are running your own online store and receive requests from your customers regarding product quality and the delivery terms, you may use Support Mangtaa to reply to their requests yourself. If you are working at a company which offers products or services to a large number of customers, you can set up a support service with several employees who work in shifts to process customer requests round the clock. Support Mangtaa was specifically designed for convenient and efficient work for both teams and individual users.
There are at least three reasons why using Support Mangtaa for this purpose is a better idea:
Storing customer requests and replies on multiple users' computers is inconvenient and insecure. It is far more efficient and safe to store the correspondence and have search capability in a single place; e.g., in the Support Mangtaa database.
A regular email client will not allow you to process customer requests using several computers (e.g., at work, at home, or when on a business trip), if requests are received at more than one email address. Also using a simple mailing tool the work can’t be prioritized.
Using simple system response and repies the customer cannot be tracked. Support Mangtaa automatically creates an online account for each customer which contains the list of all his/her requests, a button to send a new request directly from the browser, and other useful tools and information.
Support Mangtaa processes customer requests received at any email address which you have specified in your settings. Requests can be sent to any email addresses using email clients (e.g., Outlook, Gmail etc) or from a message-sending form on your website. Customers can even login with allotted username and password and submit their query ticket.
Support Mangtaa accepts requests only from registered email addresses. If a customer has sent his/her first request, an auto-response with a confirmation link will be emailed to the customer. After he/she clicks the confirmation link, all subsequent requests received from the same email address will become available for processing. This tactic removes most unsolicited advertising messages from the request queue.
After you create an account, you have 7 days to evaluate the support Mangtaa for free. During this period, you can try out any of the account plans and switch to a different plan at any time. If you want to continue using Support Mangtaa after the 7 days, you will need to choose a plan and enter credit card information into the account billing section before the 7 days is up, otherwise it will automatically drop you to our "free" plan which is limited in functionality.
